Questions owners ask
Do you need my passwords?
No. You add us as a manager on your Google Business Profile and a user on Yelp for Business. Both take about two minutes, and you can remove us anytime.
Will the replies sound like me?
That’s the whole point. We match how you talk to customers, and you can see and change anything before it goes up for the first few weeks.
What about bad reviews?
We answer them calmly, never argue, and invite the customer to reach you directly. We’ll also flag anything that keeps coming up so you can fix it at the source.
Do you write fake reviews?
Never. Fake reviews are against the law and against Google’s and Yelp’s rules. We only reply to real ones and help you ask happy customers to leave theirs.
